Danielle help my hand the whole way through. She showed me properties on the weekends & thought nothing of driving me to the bank or solicitor. We never knew each other before and I feel like I have found a life friend.
I am about to go under contract with my business through Danielle. She steps in wherever she can to help me so that I can continue running my business. I was getting frustrated because the companies that I was phoning for diligence testing were never getting back to me. I had literally had enough. Running a business and dealing with this was to much. Danielle then look over. She researched my industry further and made phone calls to other in my industry for advice. One quote she got me was $16,000 cheaper than my original quote. She has been the support system that I needed to get this deal over the line.
We wanted to buy the cattle property of our dreams. I didn’t know how to go about convincing the bank that we could make the money off the timber on the property. Danielle made several phone calls to organise a quote for us from the timber buyers. Every inspection she did on the property with us was on a weekend. We appreciate Danielle’s hard work and effort to help us.
I am buying a coastal property through Danielle currently. I am an interior decorator and Danielle did trace back the architect that designed the house in the 70’s for me. She drove 3 hours on Sunday to show me the property. I love in the ACT so she has organised building & pest inspections, posted keys, rental appraisals and everything for me. She has even found me a tenant. I wish all agents in the ACT were like her. It been a pleasure.
Danielle listed my coastal property on a Saturday. She drove to the coast and put up the For-Sale signs, took photos and drove back home. Sunday, she received an enquiry and she drove another 3 hrs to the coast the following day again to show someone my property. Her passion and work ethic amazes me. It is no surprise to me that my property is now under contract with Danielle.

Danielle coming from a business background questioned the stamp duty amount to me. She then phoned her personal accountant & Raine and Horne head office to confirm her thoughts. My stamp duty was overquoted almost $20,000. Thanks to Danielle we are now proud owners of that cattle property.
I now call her my Angel. She sold our rural property Kapaldo for us. We had been on the market for so long. I now recommend her to everyone. I had 100% trust and faith in her the whole way through.
